Under his leadership, RevUnit grew into a successful professional services company, culminating in a significant private equity acquisition in 2019. Michael's deep expertise in scaling tech-enabled professional services businesses and his commitment to fostering new ventures in Arkansas make him a driving force behind every new Highstep founding team.

Joshua is a serial entrepreneur and digital product expert. As the co-founder of Cartwheel Startup Studio, Inc., he's formed three (3) Arkansas-based companies since 2022. Co-founder of Teamvvork, a software development firm, which was acquired by RevUnit, where he held the position of President. Joshua is currently the Managing Partner of Fieldbook Studio.

Previously served as Dean of the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and established the top-ranked Supply Chain Management program. Matt is the Co-founder of Mercari Technologies and currently a Strategic Advisor to New Road Capital Partners, among other duties.
